PATRYK PAZIEWSKI

Patryk Paziewski holds a master’s degree in engineering from AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, where he trained as a surveyor. His career, however, took a different direction. His professional path began in his teens, first at a sanitary inspection company and later at an international software firm, where he joined as a tester, taught himself to code and moved up through team leadership roles. By the age of twenty-one he was responsible for product development and a department of several dozen specialists.
He started his own company while still employed, running it for five years alongside a senior management position and paying his first employees from his own salary. He left the corporate job only once the business had grown enough to stand on its own.
Today he is founder and CEO of S.P.E.C. Group, a technology and marketing company based in Bielsko-Biała, Poland, and known as Spec od IT. The team builds websites, web and mobile applications and online stores, then supports them with server-side analytics, SEO, paid campaigns and marketing automation. The company serves clients in Poland, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.
He combines the roles of product owner, full-stack developer and analyst, which allows him to design a product, write its growth strategy and run its campaigns himself. He also leads the largest Shopify community in Poland.
In 2026 he co-created Marketing Samemu, a subscription education platform teaching how to run your own digital marketing. He is now developing it for the Polish market and teaching there what he has learned in his own practice.
