Drita Hadžibeganović is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Mondi-Consulting, a company she established in 2009. With nearly two decades of experience in insurance, claims management, consulting, and business leadership, she has built a trusted organization recognized for its client-focused approach, professional excellence, and commitment to innovation.
Her professional journey reflects a strong dedication to continuous learning and multidisciplinary expertise. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism in 2008, followed by a Master’s degree in Communication Studies from the Faculty of Political Science in 2011. In 2025, she completed her Law degree, further strengthening her expertise in insurance advisory services and legal representation in claims recovery.
In addition to her academic qualifications, Drita is a licensed insurance broker and insurance agent, holding specialized certifications in life, health, accident, and annuity insurance issued by the Insurance Supervisory Agency of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Under her leadership, Mondi-Consulting has received multiple recognitions for business excellence and financial reliability, including the Crystal Plaque for Golden Creditworthiness Excellence for several consecutive years. In 2025, the company was also recognized among the 99 most successful companies in the region in the field of auxiliary insurance and pension fund services.
Today, Drita Hadžibeganović continues to lead the company with a strong focus on raising professional standards in the insurance sector, delivering strategic advisory services, protecting clients’ interests, and promoting innovation, integrity, and long-term business excellence.
