Carlos Nebreda is a serial entrepreneur who has founded and scaled five companies and guided more than fifteen growth-stage organizations through accelerated expansion. His career has been shaped by one central question: why do ambitious companies fracture internally while appearing successful externally?
Today, he is the Founder and CEO of Impulsa, the firm behind ImpulsaOS™, a Business Operating System designed to align vision, team, and execution into a unified, scalable structure. Through this system, he helps leadership teams replace reactive management with strategic operational clarity.
Carlos began his entrepreneurial journey in his early twenties, scaling his first company to multi-million-dollar revenue while navigating rapid growth, operational complexity, and leadership pressure. Those experiences revealed a recurring structural problem: companies rarely break from lack of talent — they break from internal misalignment and fragmented execution.
Determined to solve this at its root, he transitioned from operator to systems architect, dedicating over a decade to refining practical operating models across companies in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Drawing on more than 10,000 hours of implementation experience, he developed ImpulsaOS™ — an integrated execution framework connecting long-term vision, organizational design, measurable priorities, and operational rhythms.
In parallel, he is the author of Scaling Blind, a book examining the hidden internal growth traps that undermine scaling companies. Through his work, Carlos is shaping a new generation of founders who prioritize structural clarity, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation.
