Arziko Burnazi (Manaj) is an entrepreneur, co-founder of Ultra C.E.P and founder of ProArt Studios. Her work focuses on turning ideas into businesses with clear structures, accountable teams and a vision for growth.
She holds a degree in Biotechnology, a Master’s in Molecular Biotechnology and a Master’s in Business Administration. She entered entrepreneurship at 18. Business was not her original plan, but it quickly became the field where she felt she belonged.
Her early experience in marketing, e-commerce and human resources laid the foundation for co-founding Albanian Parcel Distribution in 2018, introducing digital solutions to postal and parcel logistics in the Albanian market. After four years of expansion, the company rebranded as Ultra C.E.P and today operates a network of 45 offices.
Over eight years in logistics, Arziko has directly managed operations, built organizational structures, trained teams and improved service quality. today, as a board member, she focuses on strategy and business development.
Through her personal brand, she shares the mistakes, difficult decisions and lessons behind building a company with people who are starting or considering a business.
With ProArt Studios, she extends this commitment to brand development, integrated marketing and podcast production, helping people and businesses shape their ideas and communicate their stories. She is the creator and producer of several shows and podcasts scheduled to launch in 2026-2027 including her own podcast exploring the mindset of business leaders.
She believes success gains greater meaning when it helps others find their own path.
