Jessica Weissberg is a product design leader with 15 years of experience making complex technology feel simple. As Head of Product Design at Flash, she oversees design strategy for an integrated mobility ecosystem where digital and physical experiences must work together as one, seamlessly enough that parking stops being something people think about at all.
She came to UX design drawn to a specific kind of challenge: taking deeply complicated systems and making them accessible to the people who actually use them. That path led her into the energy sector, where she led product design for a platform used by some of the largest utilities in North America, including Duke Energy, DTE, AEP, and BC Hydro, giving their customers real-time visibility into energy consumption and the ability to manage it through smart home devices. It was infrastructure work at its most demanding, and it gave her fluency in building products where reliability and clarity are non-negotiable.
She brought that experience to Flash, drawn by a new kind of complexity: multiple products, physical environments, and digital touchpoints that needed to feel like a single cohesive experience. At Flash, she works with some of the most recognized names in technology, automotive, and entertainment, including Google, Waze, Ticketmaster, and major OEMs, translating complex partnership requirements into experiences deployed across thousands of locations. The goal is simple even if the work isn’t: parking should be the last thing on someone’s mind. Something that just works, every time, without demanding any attention from the person using it.
As a leader, Jessica is deliberate about culture. She works closely with her team, prioritizes trust, and is intentional about putting designers on the work they care most about. She believes that a team that feels supported, professionally and personally, produces better work, and she builds accordingly.
Outside of work, she paints in watercolor and plays music, creative practices that keep her thinking sharp and her perspective grounded.
