Michael Campbell is Vice President of Trademark Concrete Systems, Inc., where he brings passion, vision, and hands-on leadership to the operations, project delivery, and strategic growth of one of the world’s premier decorative concrete contractors.

Since joining Trademark in 2009 as an Estimator and Project Manager, Michael has built his career on technical excellence, collaboration, and an unwavering commitment to craftsmanship. His ability to lead complex, high-profile projects and inspire teams quickly led to roles as Senior Project Manager and Estimator, culminating in his promotion to Vice President.  Throughout his career, Michael has helped deliver nationally and internationally recognized projects that elevate the quality, performance, and visibility of decorative concrete across diverse markets.

A graduate of Middle Tennessee State University’s Concrete Industry Management (CIM) program, Michael pairs deep technical knowledge with a people-first leadership approach. In his current role, he provides executive oversight across estimating, project management, and field operations, fostering a culture centered on quality, innovation, mentorship, and accountability.

Michael is deeply invested in advancing the concrete industry and shaping its future. He serves as President of the American Society of Concrete Contractors (ASCC) Decorative Concrete Council and as a voting member of ACI E703, helping develop standards and best practices that strengthen the profession. He is also a board member of the Associated General Contractors (AGC) and the AGC Delta Sierra District.

Passionate about education and workforce development, Michael actively mentors through the ACE Mentorship Program and regularly engages students and design professionals through guest lectures and early design collaboration. Known for his commitment to people, partnerships, and elevating the industry, Michael continues to lead with purpose while investing in the next generation of construction professionals.
