Jasmine E. Guy is the Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at CCS Fundraising and is the President of NAAAHR Chicago. Hailing from the Windy City, Jasmine has pursued a high-profile career in diversity, equity, and inclusion, with extensive experience in higher education, local government, professional services, membership services, fundraising, and communications. After spending seven years at the University of Chicago, Jasmine moved to the law firm Foley & Lardner LLP, and most recently to Major, Lindsey & Africa/Allegis Partners, where she served as its Director of DE&I /Corporate Social Responsibility.
Jasmine is a beacon of light and provides hope, strategic direction, and vision to many civic organizations and boards. She is a staunch advocate for equality, social justice, and educational access and opportunity. As a natural leader, she noticed that communities are suffering and are no longer safely anchored to solid principles. Concerned that Chicago communities are beginning to drift without a clearly defined road map, Jasmine answered her calling through community activism. Guy is committed to bringing lasting, personal change to underserved populations.
A high-profile civic leader and sought-after speaker on DEi, social justice, access and opportunity, Jasmine was recently recognized as Top 50 Women Leaders of Illinois, one of Chicago’s most influential and inclusive leaders as she was selected as one of only fifty Chicago United – 2021 Business Leaders of Color. She has also received Chicago Defender’s Women of Excellence award (2021), Chicago Scholars’ 35 Under 35 Making a Difference in Chicago award (2018), and the Sister Margaret Traxler Humanitarian award from Margaret’s Village (2017) for her civic engagement work.
