Joaquin Tapia, as an accomplished executive, has spent over a decade in leadership positions ranging from small companies to Fortune 500 organizations. Joaquin focuses on building strong performing teams through his unique set of leadership skills, resulting in customer retention, an increase in profitability, and revenue growth across organizations. Joaquin’s efforts have been previously recognized across the trucking industry as a “Customer Focused Leader” by a Fortune 500 CEO, various digital magazine publications, recognized as a “Future Student Leader” by the CSCMP during his MBA studies at the University of Dallas before graduating in 2017.
Most recently, Joaquin was one of the select few luminaries to be recognized with the “Top 100 Leaders in Transportation & Automotive” award at the inaugural edition of ITAS, held at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV where he served as a keynote speaker. In April of 2022, Joaquin participated in the Marketing 2.0 Conference as a Keynote Speaker and received the Outstanding Leadership Award for his contributions in marketing.
After being part of large-scale corporations an executive, Joaquin joined Spartan 5S Solutions as Vice President of Fleet Solutions. Joaquin’s goal aims to make an impact across the transportation industry by revolutionizing traditional forms of transportation and fleet maintenance operations by implementing new technology, automation, and analytics.
