Dejan Manev has more than 15 years of experience in running, developing, and managing real estate investment and construction companies and is currently Head of Expansion for N.Macedonia, Kosovo, and Bulgaria in the leading hard discounter in the Balkans – “KAM Market”.
His passion for real estate is a guide in his career development. He is recognizable for his outstanding model of establishing rapid and aggressive expansion of business retail networks. In several countries such as Greece, Serbia, Bulgaria, N.Macedonia and Kosovo he has participated in various projects related to the development of the retail network or in investment, development and construction of real estate. Throughout his career he has consulted, created, developed or renovated over 60,000m2 in real estate.
As a consultant, he has worked with the largest companies in the country and the region. He is considered an experienced negotiator and a strong business development professional with a proven track record of working in the retail-commercial-residential real estate, financial services, FCMG, and travel-tourism industries.
Dejan is a member or occasionally part of various for-profit and non-profit organizations, associations, clubs, educational academies, such as Lions Clubs International, Ceed Club Member, SOEURM and others.
