Adrian Vintila has more than 10 years experience in energy sector. He is currently Manager of Marketing Department at CEZ Vanzare, part of the CEZ Group in Romania.
Throughout his activity within the CEZ Group, in various and complex positions, Adrian was involved in strategic projects, products development and marketing campaigns, but also in CSR projects.
Starting 2019 he is part of Future Energy Leaders (FEL) Romania.
The results of his work can be translated into increasing the brand awareness in Romania, educating people on energy efficiency and promoting green energy, encouraging volunteerism and educating young generations.
A supporter of involving in the local community, beyond the operational activities, combining the useful with the pleasant, he is actively involved in the volunteer activities, facilitating training sessions for children on soft skills and energy efficiency, and he fights to reduce energy poverty among Romanian consumers.
Adrian has more than 15 years of experience in youth leadership organizations as an AIESEC alumnus, he is Chairman of the Board of Future Energy Leaders Romania (World Energy Council Youth Program) and a member of the Board of the Youth for European Society NGO.
As a volunteer in youth projects, Adrian has worked in impactful projects for over 10,000 young people on social, educational and leadership issues.
