Mostafa is the Founder and Senior Vice President of Analytics at Smartlytics Consultancy, Part of NowVertical Group. Mostafa is a serial entrepreneur with a strong passion for data, Al and entrepreneurship.
Mostafa started his entrepreneurial journey at a young age during secondary school, over the past 20 years Mostafa started and exited several businesses and worked for leading organisations such as Vodafone, Oracle and Coventry University.
Originally from Egypt, Mostafa moved to the UK in 2013 to study for a MBA degree at Coventry University, who later sponsored him on the UK’s Tier l Graduate Entrepreneur scheme to start a business in the UK. Since 2016 Mostafa has been working on building Smartlytics Consultancy into a leading data analytics firm serving more than 50 clients in the UK, North America and the Middle East.
In January 2023 Smartlytics Consultancy was acquired by NowVertical Group a Canadian big data technology company that helps businesses, government institutions, and large enterprises conduct vertically intelligent (VI) transformations through industry-specific software and services. Mostafa continues to lead the Smartlytics Unit within NowVertical group helping their global clients win through Data Analytics, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
