Dayan Malinga Silva is a distinguished finance professional with over 14 years of extensive experience across industries such as construction, shared services, and oil & gas. He currently serves as the Head of Finance, Accounting & Taxation at MHI Power Middle East LLC, where he leads corporate finance, project management, treasury, and taxation, reporting directly to the CEO. His strategic leadership has been instrumental in optimizing financial operations, managing profit & loss, and driving sustainable business growth.
An honorary Old Boy of St. Sebastian’s College, Moratuwa, Sri Lanka, Dayan holds an MBA from the University of West London. He is a full member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (ACMA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA). His dedication to continuous professional development is underscored by his completion of Executive Leadership Training at Rice Business – Jones Graduate School of Business in 2023. Additionally, he is an active member of the Sri Lankan Business Council in Dubai & Northern Emirates.
