Cristina Rizea, DMD, PhD is the CEO and Co-Founder of the DEXELLENCE group of companies. When it comes to dentistry, we can confidently say Cristina has done it all. From teaching, to professional associations, dental volunteering, organizing dental events, private dental practice and, most of all, building one of the leading dental equipment companies in Romania.
In 2013, Cristina co-Founded DEXELLENCE, the official distributer in Romania of high-end dental equipment brands such as PLANMECA, DURR DENTAL, MELAG, FRASACO, ZEISS. DEXELLENCE innovated the field of dental equipment in Romania by offering complete clinic solutions, including planning, architecture, construction and configuring all the dental equipment in the clinic, making life easier for dentists starting their clinics. Cristina’s policy of extra-strict extra-fast client-oriented care helped Dexellence expand rapidly mainly through recommendations. Currently Dexellence serves over 500 dental clinics and radiology centers in Romania. In 2018 Cristina Co-Founded Dexellence Clinic, a boutique dental clinic that serves also as showroom for Dexellence’s activity and products. In 2020 Dexellence started it’s branch for service and mainenance for dental clinics and in 2022 it expanded to the field of veterinary medicine by founding Dexellence Veterinary, a company that offers top brands equipment for veterinary clinics.
Driven by curiosity and courage, Cristina is leading her teams towards new horizons, continuously exploring expansion to connected fields of medicine. She often shares her business and dental knowledge as speaker in various events. What is perhaps Cristina’s most outstanding feature is (besides the big smile) her enthusiasm and encouragement towards everyone and everything that surrounds her.
