Mehrdad Etesam is the visionary founder and CEO of Travok Construction and Real Estate, established in 2014 in Alanya, Turkey. Since its inception, Travok has rapidly expanded, not only across Turkey with a presence in Istanbul, but also internationally, with operations in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Greece, and satellite offices in Toronto, Canada, Los Angeles, USA, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, and Hamburg, Germany.

Born into the renowned Etesam family, where construction and architecture are more than just professions but a proud legacy, Mehrdad carries forward the family tradition of architectural excellence. As the son of Professor Siavash Etesam, a pioneering figure in modern Iranian architecture, and the nephew of Dr. Iraj Etesam, a distinguished Iranian architect, Mehrdad has deep roots in a lineage of visionaries who have left an indelible mark on the global architectural landscape.

Under Mehrdad’s leadership, Travok Construction and Real Estate has achieved numerous prestigious projects, including multiple luxury resorts, residential resorts, and a five-star hotel. Under Mehrdad Etesam’s leadership, Travok Construction and Real Estate was honored with a prestigious award for achieving the milestone of selling 1,000 homes in a single year.
