Chitrakshi is a seasoned business leader and the Global Vice President of Rewards and Mobility at Bacardi, the world’s largest privately held international spirits company owner of iconic brands such as BACARDÍ rum, PATRÓN tequila, GREY GOOSE vodka and more than 200 other brands and labels in 160 markets. In this role, she not only leads the Compensation, Benefits, and Mobility function but also plays a pivotal role as a senior leader within Bacardi’s global HR leadership team, contributing to the formulation of people strategy, succession planning and cultivating a strong culture. Her influence extends further as she collaborates closely with stakeholders, demonstrating her integral role in helping shape the broader business landscape.

Her global perspective is enriched by having lived in multiple countries, and she currently resides in Bermuda – home of the global headquarters of Bacardi – with her husband, a tech entrepreneur.
