Filip is Operations Manager at Delta Planet Mall in Varna, second biggest shopping mall in the city, and one of the biggest investments in Bulgaria in last five years, dealing with all everyday challenges in the operational life of such a complex facility – utilities consumption, savings, maintainace, security and all other important and crucial tasks, which are keeping the mall in perfect functioning.
Filip has completed master of science degree at Faculty of Electronic Engineering, University of Nis in Serbia, where he will also obtain his PhD on the topic of Solar Energy in 2021. With the idea of constant development and growth, as well as his crave for knowledge, curretly he is a student of Varna University of Management and Cardiff Metropolitan University, where he will obtain his MBA degree in September 2020.
Throughout his years of work and experience he has show great managerial and leadership skills, both in operational work that he has carryout as well as strategy planning and organization of work and people within his team.
