One of the qualities that a leader in a private kindergarten needs to possess are love, interest, creativity, inventiveness, patience, resourcefulness and self-esteem in order to achieve success stories with each child individually.
Elena is a person who succeeds in attaining, possessing and practicing these qualities, sharing them both in cooperation with the parents of the children, with the children themselves, with the support staff, but also with the surrounding institutions competent to monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided.
Although she is a specialist in economics by profession and in the final stage with a Master’s degree at the Faculty of Economics, she is great enthusiast and expert in Pedagogy. For three years she has successfully run private kindergarten Little Mi International Preschool as their family business and has incorporated her full capacity into all spheres of daily living.
She is implementing the activities with a childlike, caring, immediate and positively built relationship with the employees.
Her ability to communicate and her explicit verbal speech, knowledge of pedagogy and psychology, the overwhelming support she receives from her family lead to the expectation that she will soon be managing and managing another newly opened “Little Me” facility.
