A boutique manager with 4 years of professional experience in managing sales teams. Her diversified background includes working with products and brands with some of the most notable names in the fashion and retail industries such Michael Kors, Estee Lauder, Dior, Biotherm etc. With almost 9 years of professional experience in merchandising, marketing, product trainings, operations, stores, business development and consulting.
At just 20 years old, she started her journey in the Retail Travel Industry as a sales assistant, to soon become the first and youngest Team Leader of 32 colleagues in the operation in Macedonia. Three years later, she was the first to become manager in Istanbul and transferred from other country, in contrast to managers transferring outside of Istanbul to the locations in 8 countries. She has applied again for a new position and successfully passed her second assessment. The application was for Brand manager in the new operation at Istanbul New Airport. Coming from a small country with less opportunities, her example had inspired many of the team in Macedonia and the team that she was leading in Istanbul.
