Muhammad A. Kader, a distinguished Bangladeshi-American entrepreneur based on Wall Street, is among the youngest recipients of the esteemed Commercially Important Person (CIP) award, conferred by the Government of Bangladesh to its top business leaders. With a multifaceted portfolio, Muhammad spearheads ventures in both healthcare and global commodity trading. Under his astute leadership, All County Healthcare, a New York-based home health agency, has significantly expanded its footprint to Michigan, Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Connecticut. The agency is now a premier provider of home care services for local communities and a reliable source of healthcare staffing for hospitals and nursing homes.

In addition to healthcare, Muhammad actively participates in international commodity trading through his firm, Popular Capital Inc., specializing in the trade of soybean, corn, sugar, cotton, and LNG. His business operations span governmental and private sectors globally, and he conducts these ventures from the prestigious World Trade Center in New York. Muhammad’s accolades include serving as an ambassador for the Clinton Global Initiative and receiving the Lifetime Presidential Achievement Award from President Joe Biden, alongside Congressional recognition from Congresswoman Grace Meng and a New York State Assembly proclamation from Assemblywoman Jennifer Rajkumar.

His academic achievements include a master’s degree in Disaster Management from Dhaka University, a certification in Podcast Journalism from Harvard University, and an E-commerce certification from the City University of New York. On a personal note, he is blessed with a daughter, Kaylee Kader, and is married to Sifa Amin. Muhammad is also the founder of the Rebuild Better Bangladesh Foundation and plays an active role in advancing the United Nations’ SDG 2030 agenda. He currently serves as the Healthcare Committee Co-Chair for the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce.
