Sabrina Ladha is an entrepreneur, investor, and executive coach with a global track record in business growth and social impact. Currently, as Vice President of GreenShield Cares, she oversees a $75 million commitment to expand equitable healthcare access for 1 million underserved Canadians. GreenShield was recently recognized on Fortune’s 2024 ChangeTheWorld list for its measurable social impact and innovation.

Previously, Sabrina led strategic investments at the LEAP | Pecaut Centre for Social Impact, supporting high-growth social enterprises tackling systemic challenges. She has advised Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, and founders scaling ventures, combining analytical rigor with a heart-centered leadership approach. Sabrina co-founded a multimillion-dollar agricultural venture, showcasing her ability to bridge business strategy with mission-driven outcomes.

A certified executive coach, Sabrina is passionate about empowering leaders to navigate complexity, unlock their potential, and create meaningful change. She serves on the boards of Save the Children and Up With Women, emphasizing her commitment to global equity and economic empowerment.

Sabrina holds an MBA, a Master’s from Harvard Kennedy School, and is pursuing a Doctorate in Education Leadership at Western University. Outside of her professional life, she is a lifelong learner, dedicated mother, and storyteller, fostering dialogue on important global issues.
