As SVP of IT at Northern Credit Union, Marry led its largest IT transformation in a decade, leading infrastructure upgrades, cybersecurity enhancements, and a robust vendor risk framework to ensure long-term resilience and scalability. Previously, as VP of Implementation at JP Morgan Chase, she led Canada’s Project Management Office, executing high-value projects that drove strategic growth.

Beyond financial services, Marry has pioneered digital healthcare solutions, engineering IRIS—a secure referral system for healthcare agencies—and CCTC, a platform revolutionizing non-urgent transportation coordination across Eastern Ontario. Additionally, she was instrumental in expanding a regional healthcare network, scaling technology solutions that transformed the industry.

A high-achieving academic and industry leader, Marry holds a Master’s in Biomedical Engineering from Carleton University and is currently pursuing an Executive MBA. She is a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) and holds elite, globally recognized certifications, including Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Black Belt (SSBBP), and Lean Process Certified (PM-LPC).
