Gamila Gallimore’s journey with Gallimore Products began 18 years ago when she started working in the warehouse, unloading containers and fulfilling orders. Driven by a passion for business, she earned her degree in Global Management with a focus on International Business and Marketing. In 2008, while still completing her studies, she transitioned into the marketing department, where she self-taught herself coding to build the company’s website.
Gamila’s dedication and innovative mindset propelled her through the company. In 2013, she was promoted to Vice President and by 2017, she advanced to Executive Vice President. She took on the role of CEO in 2024, where she now oversees the daily operations of Gallimore Products. Her leadership style is rooted in collaboration, encouraging her team to work together, share ideas, and support their growth. She is focused on improving operational efficiencies, expanding product offerings and ensuring the highest standards of quality products. Gallimore Products currently stocks over 300 disposable foodservice packaging products.
Gamila holds a patent for a 2-in-1 condiment container and recently applied for another patent for a paper spoon, which took eight months of research and development. These patents reflect her commitment to innovation and sustainability.
She believes that leadership isn’t just about guiding others— but about empowering individuals to grow, innovate and succeed collectively.
