Brandon Marton is a visionary entrepreneur and leader in industrial construction and access solutions. His journey began right out of high school when he co-founded his first construction business, Permalock, with his twin brother. After successfully building and selling the company, he transitioned into industrial construction operations with PCL, where he gained valuable insight into large-scale project management.
Driven by a desire to improve industry practices, Brandon founded Hinton Access Solutions, a leading provider of industrial scaffold and access solutions. Under his leadership, Hinton manages and plans complex industrial projects across North America, prioritizing safety, efficiency, and innovation. Recognizing the need for greater transparency and efficiency in project execution, he personally developed Scaffold Insite, a cloud-based scaffold lifecycle and asset management platform designed to enhance project oversight and build trust among stakeholders.
Beyond his business ventures, Brandon is dedicated to advancing the industry through technology and education. As a board member of the Access Association of Canada, he plays a key role in shaping industry standards and best practices. He also spearheaded the creation of RISE (Realistic Immersive Safety Education), a cutting-edge virtual reality training program focused on construction safety, hazard awareness, and scaffold builder training. RISE has gained national recognition and is currently being developed in collaboration with the Government of Ontario, the Government of Canada, academic institutions, labour organizations, and industry partners.
Brandon’s innovative approach and commitment to progress have earned his companies recognition from Telus Business, the Consumer Choice Awards, and multiple successful Strategic Development Fund applications. His passion for transforming industrial construction through technology and strategic planning continues to drive impactful change in the sector.
Brandon is the father of 2 young girls and cherishes his time with his wife and family. He spends his downtime with his girls and enjoys watching them learn and grow.
