Giorgia Arena is Partner at Page Executive Italia with over ten years of experience in people management and executive placements.
After graduating with a Law degree, she began her career at American Express as a Business Manager. In 2014 she joined PageGroup Italy as a Recruitment Consultant, progressing in 2020 to the role of Head of the Finance and Banking division at Michael Page, with responsibility for Central and Southern Italy. She has become one of the most influential Managers at Michael Page in Rome, with a significant impact on the growth and success of the teams she has managed.
Thanks to her deep understanding of the labor market, she has successfully supported a diverse client base over the years, including italian and international companies, multinational corporations, and private equity firms in their search and selection processes for top management profiles. Today, she specializes in placing C-level executives within prominent medium-sized family businesses and large multinational corporations. Her expertise covers a wide range of sectors, including Industrial, Manufacturing, Construction, Automotive, Transportation, Aerospace, and more.
Since 2023, she has been a member and mentor of PWN Milan, an independent association of international career-minded women who aim to create real cultural change within companies and and organizations, as well as promoting merit and gender-balanced leadership in the professional world.
