Antonio Fazari is an Agriculture Professor and scientific communicator. He is Co-Owner of Olearia San Giorgio S.r.l., a renowned Calabrian company recognized for its excellence in the production of premium extra virgin olive oil, and serves as Vice President of Prim’Olio – Saperi & Sapori di Calabria, where he also acts as a professional olive oil taster. He is Treasurer of the Council of the Order of Agronomists and Foresters of the Province of Reggio Calabria.
He serves as Adjunct Professor at the Department of Agraria, University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria, fostering collaboration between academia and the agricultural world, and teaches Organic and Sustainable Agriculture at the Gemelli Careri Agricultural Institute in Taurianova, contributing to the education of future professionals in the agri-food sector.
A graduate in Agricultural and Food Sciences and Technologies and PhD in Agricultural Sciences, Fazari combines technical expertise with entrepreneurial vision, promoting a production model grounded in sustainability, circular economy, and biodiversity enhancement.
