Steve Malley serves as the Chief Global Partnerships Officer for Vensure Employer Services. As a member of this talented executive team, Steve is responsible for growing and scaling the global expansion arm of Vensure. Steve is a recognized international expansion expert with over 15 years experience in remote work, global expansion, “EoR” Employer of Record and PEO. Steve believes in the power of succeeding through partnerships, which has been the core focus of his career. Leading partnerships efforts in firms like Atlas Global, and Deel. As the President of his consulting firm, Whitecliff Ventures, Steve elevated the conversation on post EoR transition and brought the concept of “EoR Graduation” to market.
Steve has presented globally on the topics of global expansion, remote work strategy and post pandemic “return to work.” As a leader in the global expansion space, Steve has not only supported growth companies and coached other industry leaders on the importance of global hiring, but he has also personally led a fully global team, with staff from Australia to Montana. In 2023 Steve was recognized by Top 100 Magazine as one of the “Top 100 Innovators and Entrepreneurs.” Steve holds a B.A. from Saint Bonaventure University with distinction. He is an avid Buffalo Bills fan and a Certificate Member of Monroe Golf Club. He resides in Pittsford, NY with his wife and three children.
