Sara Brunner is a Registered Dietitian, entrepreneur, and founder of Sara Brunner Nutrition & Consulting (SBNC), the first virtual nutrition company offering a Lyme-specific program developed by a dietitian-turned-patient.
With over 15 years of clinical experience, Sara’s career took a pivotal turn when Lyme disease left her unable to work or walk. She became her own first case—approaching her illness with the same clinical precision she applied in her early years as a dietitian. Along the way, she worked with leading doctors and clinics across North America, gaining insight she now weaves into the clinical application of her program.
Through years of research, experimentation, and recovery, she developed the Universal Lyme Diet (ULD)—a step-by-step framework fine-tuned to the multi-system complexity of Lyme and chronic inflammatory illness. The program supports foundational healing through nutrition, immune resilience, and gut restoration, helping clients address root causes—not just diagnoses.
Since launching SBNC in 2024, Sara has supported clients across borders through virtual platforms that guide them in rebuilding their health and gaining the tools to stand back up on their own two feet. She’s cultivated a strong, supportive community rooted in compassion—balanced by a clear, no-nonsense approach to healing.
While navigating a decade of illness, Sara also helped build her husband’s construction and property development companies, showing the same resilience she now helps clients uncover in themselves.
