Sameer Sharma is the President of Crown Group of Hotels. Sameer helped create and grow his family business, which owns and operates hotels, golf courses and holds development lands with plans for high-rise apartment and condominium construction.
The hotels operate with internationally recognized flags such Marriott, Hilton, InterContinental Hotel Group, Wyndham and Choice. The golf courses are spread between Ontario and Nova Scotia in Canada. Land holding includes zoned real estate for thousands of units.
Sameer was the youngest in the world at age 23 to complete Marriott Executive Excellence Program which allows him to operate or manage any Marriott brand hotel globally. Today, Crown Group of Hotels employs over 450 people and he has successfully expanded the family business from just hotels to leasing, movie production, corporate financing and construction for residential development of high-rise apartments and condominiums.
Sameer Sharma is an avid golfer, frequent sponsor and supporter for many Chambers of Commerce, Board of Trades, Film Festivals, Beauty Pageants, City Tourism, Youth Internship Programs from Colleges/Universities, multiple non-for-profit organizations, Health foundations and many more community organizations. Crown Group of Hotels currently operates in: Mississauga, Brampton, Ottawa, Barrie, Burlington, Truro, New Glasgow and Sydney. As Vice-Chair and Board of Director for FoodBank4All a food donation charitable organization he personally delivers food to shelters and those in need every 2 weeks.
