Rosslyn Cooper is a globally recognized transformation and operations leader known for bringing clarity, structure and heart to large scale change. With nearly 18 years of experience spanning global project delivery, enterprise technology, project finance, business architecture, operating model design and cross functional leadership, she has built a career at the intersection of strategy, systems and human centered execution.
Rosslyn is currently a Director in PwC’s Advisory business, where she helps organizations accelerate outcomes through Oracle enabled transformation and project centric delivery. She specializes in guiding complex programs from strategy to execution, with deep expertise in ERP design, governance, PM integrations, deployment readiness and coordinating global teams across complex delivery environments. Her work ensures that project driven requirements translate into scalable, cloud enabled processes that improve visibility, predictability and operational performance.
Prior to joining PwC, Rosslyn held senior global leadership roles at one of the world’s largest engineering and professional services firms, where she aligned multi pillar enterprise platforms to business strategy, strengthened governance, enhanced operational excellence and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Her leadership has shaped enterprise systems at a global scale and strengthened the delivery, stability and evolution of integrated business platforms across regions and business lines.
