Ray Erario

Growing up in Long Island, New York. Ray Erario right out of the gate chose to stake his claim at the top instead of rising the corporate ladder.  At only 23 years old, Ray has already displayed success and initiative like no other. Starting off Ray was president of on campus organizations and served on councils at the age of 19. Known as a connector, he took that and ran with it in the business world. Mostly known for starting Young Buck Sports Management with his partner, Ray believes in building and keeping relationships which can be seen with the growth of his agency.  Ray is known to be representing athletes like top 5 Heisman candidate Cam Skattebo and many more. Knowing a strong team around you is essential. That is exactly what Ray and his partner built at Young Buck Sports Management. The young entrepreneur has been connecting businesses with people for years from New York to Arizona. Representing top athletes from a marketing standpoint with great relationships with businesses has been the recipe for success. With a very high network based out of Scottsdale and a network growing rapidly from a national standpoint, At 23 years old this won’t be the only 30 under 30 list Ray Erario finds himself on.
