Born in Manhattan, NYC – Nicholas N. Bouri is a Greek-Lebanese-American business owner. He is the Managing Partner of N.G.B., a family-owned real estate development group in Eastern Europe.
After over 40 years owning and leading one of the world’s leading independent cement, shipping, and port services groups, the founding shareholders established N.G.B. to best serve the fast-growing Eastern European market. The company focuses on the development of industrial, residential, and commercial properties. N.G.B currently has a 100% occupancy across its properties and has a pipeline of +150,000sq.meters of developments in 2023.
The group also owns AGREMIN, a market leader which has had a 15+ year experience in providing Romania with building materials and cement and is now focused on supplying aggregates and building materials for the region’s infrastructure projects in Romania, Serbia and Hungary.
Nicholas is responsible for the Business development, sales, and Marketing of all the group’s activities in the region and oversees a team of 20 professionals.
Nicholas is also the Co-founder of KNIGHTBRIDGE International, a boutique consulting firm specialized in services for the real estate and other heavy industries, for which his firm was awarded “Project Management Firm of the Year 2022” by BUILD Review (UK). The company has provided services in Greece, Romania, Ukraine, and Lebanon.
Nicholas truly believes in one’s continuous education. He received his Bachelor of Science from DEREE College and is a graduate of INSEAD’s MAP. He also holds MBA’s from UQAM(Canada) and Bucharest Business School.
Nicholas is currently based in Bucharest, Romania since 2007.
