Milena Velilla, Esq. is the founding Principal of Velilla Law Sacramento, a firm dedicated exclusively to workers’ compensation advocacy. Raised in Medellin, Colombia, she immigrated to California at the age of 14, an experience that shaped both her resilience and her commitment to serving others. Milena earned her B.A. in Business Marketing from San Diego State University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis School of Law in 2013.
From the beginning of her legal career, Milena has been driven by a clear purpose: to make a meaningful and lasting impact on the lives of injured workers, most of whom are minorities and are taken advantage of by the system. She is known for her relentless advocacy, strategic approach, and deep respect for the individuality of each client’s story.
