After booking, clients receive a one-time personal access code that unlocks the studio door, allowing them to enter independently, without reception lines or waiting rooms. Once inside, guests move through a seamless, solo experience: they prep with the provided supplies, select their desired settings, step into a voice-guided booth, and achieve a natural-looking glow in 4 minutes.
Luna leads strategy, operations, and brand, focusing on building scalable systems and thoughtful customer journeys, from booking flows and membership models to content that educates clients on safe, sunless tanning.
