Keith Mayer is Vice President and Head of Product Management at GoDocs and a member of its executive leadership team. His work is guided by a simple conviction: every problem is, at its core, a human one, and the most powerful systems honour how people think, interact, and work.
Throughout his career, Keith has led business lines from early growth to enterprise scale, processing millions of transactions annually and moving billions of dollars across the economy.
At GoDocs, he is leading the transformation of traditional lending document software into a fully integrated digital lending platform by building a channel partner and integration strategy to help rewire how the company grows and scales.
At Deluxe, a publicly traded leader in payments and financial services, Keith led the development and launch of mobile remote deposit capture, the technology that made it possible for businesses to deposit cheques from a phone. Today it is used by a majority of the top 150 banks in the United States and forms a core pillar of how the financial system moves money. He also authored a comprehensive real-time payments strategy as the industry re-imagined the future of how money moves.
Keith is also the Founder and Principal of Alavanca Consulting Group, advising organizations on leadership, strategy, and innovation. As a former professional musician and current board member of London Symphonia and the St. Thomas–Elgin Public Art Centre, he believes great leaders are responsible not only for building companies, but communities that connect people to something bigger than themselves.
