Katie Gillberg is the Founder and CEO of Hydrate IV Bar®, a rapidly growing national wellness brand. Since launching in 2016, Katie has pioneered wellness IV therapy in Colorado, offering IV therapy, NAD+ therapy, and vitamin injections in a spa-like environment. Today, the brand has 30 open locations with more than 30 additional locations planned across the United States.
Known for her people-first approach, Katie calls herself the “Keeper of the Culture,” prioritizing franchisee support, team development, and a consistent client experience across all locations. She plays an active role in operational strategy, marketing, and national expansion while serving as a recognized voice for women in business and the future of wellness franchising. Katie combines strategic insight, operational expertise, and authentic leadership to inspire her team, franchisees, and community.
Over the past six years, Katie has scaled Hydrate IV Bar nationally, opening new franchise locations each month, strengthening brand consistency, and creating marketing campaigns that drive engagement and visibility. She mentors her corporate team and franchisees, ensuring the brand maintains the high-quality service and wellness standards it is known for. A founding member of the American IV Association, Katie also speaks nationally at conferences, panels, and seminars, representing women entrepreneurs and emerging franchisors.
Katie is deeply committed to her community, serving on boards including the Cherry Creek Chamber (Board Chair, 2023–Present), Highland Merchants Association, Butterfly Children Fund, Denver Angels, and the American IV Association. Through the brand’s Katie Cocktail Philanthropy initiative, Hydrate IV Bar donated more than $75,000 to local charities in 2025. Katie’s leadership, innovation, and purpose-driven approach make her an inspiring example of building a business with heart, impact, and vision.
