GIOVANNI ODAGLIA

Giovanni Odaglia is the Managing Director of Les Roches Crans-Montana, part of Sommet Education. A graduate of Les Roches, he began his career in international hospitality, working with Fairmont, The Ritz-Carlton, Relais & Châteaux and Four Seasons. Those experiences gave him a foundation in luxury service and hotel operations before he returned to his alma mater in 2018.
At Les Roches, Giovanni progressed through roles in project management, student affairs and campus operations, including Dean of Students and Director of Operations and Student Affairs. In July 2024, he was appointed Managing Director of the Crans-Montana campus.
He now leads the campus’s strategy and operations, with responsibility spanning academic delivery, student experience, financial performance and infrastructure. During his tenure, Les Roches Crans-Montana achieved recognition as a Swiss University of Applied Sciences, while continuing to develop its academic activities and campus facilities.
Giovanni holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality Management from Les Roches and an MSc in Finance from the University of Aberdeen. Alongside his executive role, he also teaches MBA students and is pursuing a PhD in Decision Sciences through Antwerp Management School, in collaboration with the University of Antwerp. His work brings together practical hospitality experience, financial expertise and a commitment to developing the next generation of industry leaders.
