Erdin Osmani is one of the young entrepreneurs of the country, who in such a short period of time, has managed to bring innovations to the place where he lives and beyond, and thanks to his consistent work in the field of Facility Maintenance he has been able to improve his company and be a role model to the younger generation.
After graduating in Economics and Business in 2015, Erdin worked as a salesman in one of the greatest companies of the country for home appliances where he got promoted several times. But that’s not all. In 2018 he got accepted as a field supervisor in Kabul, Afghanistan where he served at the NATO military base which brought him a huge confidence and perseverance.
In 2019 he focused on his aim, which was creating his own company. Erdin spent six months doing researches in his country trying to find something that was missing. That’s how he came out with the idea of a Maintenance Company. It has been two years since the company has been on the market and has increased a lot both in the local and state level by being one of the leaders in the market for the maintenance of houses and buildings.
Erdin’s most valuable assets is personal development and working on new skills by attending online courses and academies such as The Academy for Diplomacy and Protocol in Vienna, Austria and also a seven month Digital Marketing Academy, Seavus International Education.
