Dancia Kendra Adhiguna Susilo is a serial entrepreneur, academic, and award-winning strategist whose work centres on social impact and organizational excellence. She has received national recognition for her leadership, including CharityVillage’s Most Outstanding Impact Award and Grow Women Leaders’ Social Impact and Community Engagement Award.
She began her entrepreneurial journey at age 15 and went on to found four successful ventures, exiting two before turning 18. She went on to build a career in business coaching and brand development, supporting startups and purpose-driven organizations. As a consultant, she specializes in embedding Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks, helping organizations across Canada build inclusive cultures and strong governance practices. She is also a sought-after speaker on mental health advocacy, youth empowerment, and the link between social responsibility and business growth.
Her academic work bridges psychology and business strategy. She holds an MSc in Psychology and Neuroscience from King’s College London and a postgraduate certification in Digital Marketing from Wharton. She has peer-reviewed publications with the British Psychological Society and has authored two poetry books grounded in psychological themes. She is currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration, focusing on ESG and Board Advisory.
Dancia serves on the Board of Directors for Ecology Ottawa and has supported Ottawa Victim Services, the Ottawa Canadian Film Festival, and GAPAP as a Board Director. As a Community Champion for Unsinkable, she shares lived experience to advance national conversations on mental health and workplace wellbeing. She was formerly on the advisory team for community health centres, focused on health equity.
