Carly McDavid is a leader in Oklahoma’s aerospace and defense industry, serving in a senior leadership role at Aviation Training Consulting (ATC), an Oklahoma-based company that delivers aviation training, engineering, and consulting services to military and international partners around the world. In her role, she helps guide complex aviation programs and build high-performing teams dedicated to solving difficult challenges and supporting mission readiness.
Throughout her career, Carly has been known for steady leadership during demanding moments and for investing in the people around her. She is passionate about mentoring others and creating opportunities for emerging leaders to grow, believing that strong teams and strong leaders are built through trust, accountability, and shared purpose.
Beyond her professional work, Carly is deeply committed to serving her community. She is actively involved with Make-A-Wish Oklahoma, supporting efforts that bring hope and meaningful experiences to children and families facing critical illnesses.
Carly and her husband are raising two young boys in Oklahoma, where she continues to invest in her community, her industry, and the next generation of leaders.
