In 2021, Breyan founded MC Personnel LLC and served as Founder and Managing Director. Based in Detroit, the firm specialized in skilled trades, engineering, and industrial workforce placements, providing scalable staffing and workforce solutions to regional manufacturers and growth stage operators. Under his leadership, the company implemented compliance driven hiring processes, structured direct hire and contract pipelines, and workforce logistics strategies designed to improve retention, reduce downtime, and support operational efficiency.
No longer leading MC Personnel LLC, Breyan now serves as an Operator and Strategic Advisor, focused on building, advising, and supporting businesses positioned for long term growth. His work centers on disciplined execution, strategic partnerships, margin conscious operations, and the development of scalable platforms across workforce infrastructure, industrial services, and regional economic growth.
