Kicking off her career as the youngest female insurance agent in the Sunshine State, Alex Schaeffer owns and operates a highly successful State Farm insurance agency in the Boca Raton, Florida.
Hailing from Oregon by way of Montana, Alex moved to Florida in 2017 to pursue opening her own insurance agency, and swiftly became a chart-topping saleswoman under the mentorship of Janet Fernandez. Recognizing Alex’s talent, her mentor enrolled Alex in the company’s agent aspirant program and by 2020 she was granted her own agency.
Opening her business during the COVID-19 pandemic, Alex overcame a difficult employment market and rate hikes to earn a lifetime contract with the nation’s largest insurance provider after finishing her very first year in the top 5% of the company and qualifying for the top sales echelon of Chairman’s Circle.
Now leading a team of 6 employees, Alex is focused on helping her team grow professionally and personally. She is excited to train her own agent aspirants to give them a shot at the wonderful opportunity she has received. Taking note of her success, the company has invited Alex to speak at symposiums and training programs to share her effective management techniques with established agents.
